Hello, Strapi!

I think it's taken me about a week to get this up and running...but if you're reading this then I was finally successful in my attempts to set up Strapi on my Heroku environment.

For those of you who don't know, Strapi is a Headless CMS platform built entirely in Javascript. I'll be using Strapi going forward to manage all of my blog posts, development tutorials, and miscellaneous banter here on my site. I know that some of this terminology may sound like greek to many of you - so let me try to break it down.

Headless CMS: A headless CMS is any type of back-end content management system where the content repository “body” is separated or decoupled from the presentation layer “head.” Content that is housed in a headless CMS is delivered via APIs for seamless display across different devices. _Source:Contentful_

One of my goals this year is to establish myself as a thought leader and mentor to those who want to learn more about Web Development and the Tech industry as a whole, and I figured the best way to do this would be to publish regular content and share across my network.

I'll be starting with a detailed guide on this site's technology stack, so stay tuned!

NB: I had A LOT of trouble getting the Postgres Database to persist on Heroku, so hopefully this article doesn't get deleted.
